Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING
If your item is in stock please allow 3-5 business days to process your order (though it will be shipped within 24 hours whenever possible!)
If it is a pre-order, please allow 8-12 weeks.
We'll send you an email with tracking info to let you know your order is on the way!
SHIPPING RATES
For orders within the USA, shipping is free when you spend over $100.
We offer flat rate shipping to each country. Please refer to the rate listed at checkout.
Unfortunately, due to ever changing situations with customs and duties, we cannot except international returns or exchanges (including Canada).
DUTIES & TAXES
All orders ship from the US. If you live outside the US, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
Violet Flame is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, and they are your responsibility as the customer.
If your package is returned to us because these fees were unpaid, you will be responsible to pay for it to be shipped back to you.
LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
Violet Flame assumes responsibility for your package until the carrier picks it up from our office and it begins its journey to you. Once it has left our care, we can no longer be responsible for lost, missing or stolen packages.
