Refund policy

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase, and will accept returns of unworn, unused merchandise in salable condition, within 30 days of receipt. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it so that we can still sell it. It must be: 

- Unworn & unwashed
- Clean and free of deodorant, makeup marks, pet hair, etc
- Unscented (no perfume, body oil, body odor, febreze, or any other fragrance)
- With hang tags attached
- In its original packaging.
- With your receipt or proof of purchase.


HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To request a return, send an email service@lovevioletflame.com. Please include:

  1. Your name and order number
  2. Which items you are returning

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return (and receiving approval) will not be accepted. 

You are responsible for return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable mail or shipping service and insuring your package, as we are not responsible for lost or missing items.

EXCEPTIONS / NON RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept international returns (including Canada) or returns on gift cards

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE
 
You may exchange your items within 30 days of receiving them, free of charge. 

To request an exchange, email service@lovevioletflame.com and let us know:

  1. Your name and order number
  2. Which items you'd like to exchange and what you'd like instead (include the style name, size and color)

We will send you a prepaid label to return the items to us and we will also cover the shipping on the exchanged items (applies only to US orders).

QUALITY GUARANTEE

Please take a close look at your items when you receive them.  If anything is defective, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, please contact us right away at service@lovevioletflame.com so we can make it right. To ensure we can address them properly, all issues must be reported within 30 days, and before items are worn or washed.

GETTING YOUR REFUND

We will email you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days (or sooner, whenever possible).

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund (sometimes as much as 10 days).

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at service@lovevioletflame.com so we can look into it.
